Heights Arts Gallery periodically hosts what it calls Gallery Concerts, giving people the opportunity to hear local musicians in various genres in a very intimate setting, surrounded by art.
For its next concert it’s presenting a quirky duo who called themselves the Baker’s Basement. It consists of vocalist/guitarist Adam Grindler and vocalist/drummer Kate Dedinsky who plays a homemade percussion setup. They add a big dollop of humor to their catchy, appealing indie pop/folk tunes. At Heights Arts they’ll be doing a show they call “The Baseball Boogie Band.” Damned if we know what that is, but you can find out easily — the concert is pay-what-you-can.
