Through Mon 12/30

Summer or winter, festivals of light are a big draw at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. After another successful season of its Asian Lantern Festival this summer, the Zoo brings back its Wild Winter Lights event for another run.

All over the Zoo’s property, a million and a half lights will create themed areas including Candy Lane, Swan Lake, the Enchanted Forest, Polar Pathway and Santa’s North Pole Lodge where kids will be able to pose for photos with Santa himself. And with a Golden Ticket, visitors can ride around Waterfowl Lake on the Cleveland Metroparks Railroad.

You can see the lights either by walking through the zoo or doing it as a walk-through or a drive-through event on certain days. Wild Winter Lights runs through Monday December 30.

All tickets must be purchased in advance. Get them here.
