It’s time once again to get out your dancing shoes and head over to the Family Life Center in Chagrin Falls for the monthly Bainbridge Swing Dance.
These dances aren’t just for experts — they’re for everyone, even if you’ve never danced a step. That’s why they start with a lesson from 8-9pm, teaching you all the basic steps. And the regulars love to help the newbies.
Then from 9-11pm it’s dancing to live music, and they bring in some of the area’s best ensembles who play music with an infectious beat. This month it’s the venerable Blues DeVille who have been keeping the area dance floors hopping for more than 25 years with their Americana/roots music such as blues, country, R&B and swing.
Come with your significant other, your family or by yourself — all night partners keep switching so you’ll get to meet lots of new people. All ages are welcome.
