After a 21-year run in Tremont, one of Cleveland’s celebrity chefs, Rocco Whalen, closed up shop on the corner of Professor and Jefferson, and moved his Fahrenheit restaurant to the former John Q’s Steakhouse location on Public Square. The move gave him the opportunity to rethink the menu and create a less casual, more upscale environment suited to that new location. The dinner spot, which is open until 2am Fridays and Saturdays, features a menu of steaks, lamb chops and seafood, including a shellfish bar and seafood towers, along with a long list of small plates, many of them with a Asian flavor.
