The West Creek Watershed at the Cleveland Metroparks Reservation has been a key part of northeast Ohio’s conservation and restoration efforts. It includes the Watershed Stewardship Center, which does sustainability research and offers education to the community on stormwater management.

Learn more about its story with a short hike that shows off what’s going on there and what’s planned for the future before going back to the nature center to see a new 20-minute documentary that tells West Creek’s story. You can also see the doc on Cleveland Metroparks YouTube page, but seeing it onsite after immersing yourself in the surroundings will make it really come alive. Go here for more information.
