Promoter and midtown resident Ron Fuqua is working to revive the golden days of Cleveland’s R&B scene with a Leo’s Casino radio station and podcast pumping out the vintage R&B and blues the legendary club was known for before it closed in 1973. He’s even got a dream of opening an events center to host concerts and parties. And he hosted a party at the Midtown Tech Hive, with food, drinks and music, provided by Cleveland blues legend Crazy Marvin and his band, with a guest appearance by the Dazz Band’s Michael Calhoun.
