The Cedar Fairmount business district in Cleveland Heights concludes its Summerfest 2022 summer programming this week presenting a performance by Cleveland’s Blue Lunch, a horn-drive band that plays lively soul/jazz/jump/swing/rock music that’s ideal for getting up and moving your feet. If your feet are tired, bring a beach chair, grab some dinner from one of the area’s many restaurants and just sit and listen. They’ll be in the parking lot next to Nighttown from 6:30-8:30pm.
In addition, if you’d like to know a little more about the area’s history, join Ken Goldberg, president of President, Cleveland Heights Historical Society and Cleveland Heights Landmark Commission, at the parking lot on Grandview at 6:30pm for an hour-and-a-half way around the area to learn about how the district grew. It’s free.
