The Cleveland Photo Fest, going on at the Bostwick Design Art Initiative through the end of June, is offering regular free Thursday evening programming as an added incentive to get down there to see the five ongoing exhibits and one rotating exhibit in the space’s multiple rooms.
This week’s program should be a lot of fun. “Professor Optix” will be doing a magic lantern show, a re-creation of a popular form of 19th century entertainment which utilizes a vintage projector and slides.
“Suitable for all ages, Professor Optix will spellbind you with tales of love, patriotism, travel, and humor,” they tell us.
