Cole Haan, the almost century-old footwear and accessories company based in New York and New Hampshire, and Cleveland-based footwear retailer Xhibition, have collaborated on a new limited-edition, high-end hiking boot called ZERØGRAND. The waterproof leather and suede boot has an insulated lining to be practical in all weather and ground conditions, and reflective details for visibility.
But what makes the rollout even more intriguing is that the companies reached out to art-based community education organization NewBridge Cleveland to invite their photography students to develop the promotion for the ZERØGRAND Hiker. Five teens conceptualized the campaign and photographed the boot based on the theme of what “Unlimited Roaming” means to them. You can check out their photos here.
Also Xhibition will donate 10% of their share of the sales of the boot to NewBridge Cleveland, which will be matched by Cole Haan.
