For the past ten years, Cleveland Burlesque (formerly Le Femme Mystique) has been presenting its annual Sweetheart Showcase for those who want to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a racy, sparkly manner.
The 10th annual Sweetheart Showcase will take its theme from the Ziegfeld Follies/pin-up girl tradition. The headliner is Florida’s international showgirl Candy Muldane, who brings a 20s/30s-inspired art deco feel to her act. She’ll be joined by special feature, Columbus’ Scarlett Chaton, whose classy, creative, musical routines are familiar to local burlesque fans.
The lineup also includes Cleveland Burlesque Queen Bella Sin, Lady Slay, Jade Wildes, Kimmy Katarja and many others, including members of the graduating class of the Cleveland Burlesque Academy. Writer/comedian/college professor Ken Scheck hosts.
Doors open at 7:30pm; showtime is 8:30pm . Advance tickets are $17; tickets at the door are $20.
