The Beachland Ballroom celebrates Valentine’s Day with its Gal-entine’s Day Prom, featuring some of the burgeoning number of talented women now active in the local music scene.
Delta blues-drenched AJ & the Woods, fronted by vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Alison Tomin with play a duo set. Kid Tigrrr features Jenna Fournier, vocals, songwriter and guitarist of Niights. The Village Bicycle’s Elizabeth Kelly, singer/songwriter/guitarist Sarah Arafat, songwriter/actor/educator Molly Andrews-Hinders and a solo set by Sexy Pig Divas’ Katie Mikita round out the evening.
