If you haven’t been to Southeast Gears and Cheers in Bedford Heights, you should go. The indie restaurant — strategically located next to a Harley-Davidson dealership and a small block of motorcycle-customization and accessory boutiques — is a motorhead’s dream, with booths carved from classic car chassis and rare cycles hanging from the ceiling.
Pay a visit (on whatever wheeled vehicle of your choosing) for the establishment’s Biker Christmas celebration. Santa Claus will drop in on a Harley, there will be door prizes, and the band Day Trippers rounds out of the late-night entertainment.
The food’s pretty good too. Admission is free but reservations are recommended. Note that it’s all-ages up until 9pm, when a no-children rule is requested (by that time of night they should all be home playing Biker Mario anyhow).
