Ensemble Theatre in Cleveland Heights has just announced its 39th season of American plays, including a world premiere and two regional premieres, along with two important classics, Lorraine Hansberry’s 1959 saga of black family in Chicago trying to escape racial barriers A Raisin in the Sun and Eugene O’Neill’s 1947 A Moon for the Misbegotten.
Ensemble’s end-of-the-season party will give guests a glimpse of scenes from these shows. There’ll also be music, food from the Fairmount, Stone Oven, Luna Baker, Trifles Catering, Sweet Fix and Tommy’s, an open bar, a live podcast with the Cleveland Stage Podcast, a silent auction/raffle and the chance to meet and mingle with ensemble’s board members, actors and playwrights.
It’s $100 per ticket, $190 per couple.
