At any time of year, Lake View Cemetery, located at the borders of Cleveland Heights, Cleveland and East Cleveland, provides opportunities for wonderful strolls with its nearly 300 acres of tombs, crypts, gravestones, sculpture, architecture, trees, plants, animals and rock formations.
One of the nicest times of year to visit is when the 100,000 daffodils are in bloom in sections 40-41 on Daffodil Hill. The special day to come (although you can take a walk or drive there any time they’re in bloom) is Daffodil Sunday when there will be light refreshments and souvenirs for sale.
