The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony is back in Cleveland this year, as it will now be every other year going forward.
And while the actual ceremony is sold out at Public Hall on Sat 4/14 honoring Bon Jovi, the Cars, Dire Straits, the Moody Blues, Nina Simone and Sister Rosetta Tharpe, there are plenty of other things to attend in the runup, including films, panels, an all-new Hall of Fame with a full floor devoted to the inductees, and live music performances at the Rock Hall and elsewhere.
That includes a free “Celebration Day” at the Rock Hall on Sat 4/7 @ 10am-11pm, with food trucks, family activities, and performances by some of Cleveland most talented artists including Diana Chittester, Maddie Finn, Thor Platter, Samfox, Mariama Whyte, Wesley Bright & the Honeytones, and this year’s High School Rock Off winners Montage. It culminates with a rock-themed fireworks display at 9pm.
