Agatha Christie’s classic mystery Murder on the Nile will chill your spine and keep you guessing at Akron’s Coach House Theatre. In it, a young newlywed couple, on a honeymoon cruise aboard a paddle steamer on the Nile, becomes entangled in a mysterious and treacherous web of events worthy of the Christie name. Mystery, action, conspiracy and a dynamic cast of characters — including the groom’s jilted fiancé — populate this exciting “whodunit” from the aptly named Queen of Crime.
Coach House artistic director Nancy Cates directs this production, which runs from Thu 1/28-Sun 2/21, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2:30pm. Tickets are $22; students are $12. Preview performance Thu 1/28 is $2.
