Chef Eric Wells has been doing good work for a while, sharing healthy, tasty cooking tips with the community. Working out of Burten, Bell, Carr Development Corporation’s CornUCopia space, he gives classes in various aspects of food preparation to all comers.
This week he’ll be delving into a widely popular cuisine: Italian. His rustic Italian session will include Tuscan ribollita soup, Wild mushroom risotto, fettuccini with Bolognese and panna cotta with raspberry sauce. All are welcome.
