Detroit Avenue in Lakewood becomes a winter wonderland at the annual Light Up Lakewood festival.
This family-friendly event features an abundance of activities dotted along downtown Lakewood. Take the kids to the library for crafts and a photo with Santa, go shopping at local businesses, hear live music, play some outdoor games, eat some food and engage in general festive cheer at one of the liveliest holiday events in the region.
Parade kicks off at 4, the lightning ceremony starts at 6:30pm, with fireworks to follow.
