The history of Kent, Ohio stretches back more than 200 years. The place to go to learn all about it is Kent Historical Society Museum & Archive, located in a 130-year-old Victorian house in downtown Kent. Founded in 1971, it preserves old artifacts including newspapers, photos, programs and documents that can give researchers and merely interested members of the public insight into the college town’s past.
