Sunday Yoga & Drum Circle on Coventry

 

Sundays @ 5pm

Spend an evening in Coventry P.E.A.C.E. Park and get a free yoga class w/ SpyngaFlows, followed by a drum circle. Bring a drum and get lost in rhythm.

Yoga: 5 – 6:30pm. Drum circle: 7 – 9pm.

    Hello!

    I am the manager at Midtown learning Farm off of Chester and E 66th. I work with a program called Green Corps through Holden and Botanical gardens. We have an open house to showcase our farm and all the work students have been doing this summer on Aug 2nd from 2-5:30. If anyone would be interested in playing we would love to have your music and presentation! We’re hoping to have food, music, and other booths/presentations for friends, family, and visitors to partake in. If there is any interest please let me know!
