According to The Atlantic, America is in the midst of a back-to-the-city type movement and this trend is especially apparent in Cleveland, where people (mostly the young & skilled) are flocking to downtown. Meanwhile Cle’s outer core neighborhoods and outer suburbs’ population have declined steadily.
In other words, the future (for the inner city) looks bright. Who says our city is dying?
