A 1 Mile Walk/Run for Breast Cancer Research and Prevention
What better way to spend your Mother’s Day morning than by showing your support towards ending breast cancer? Join your fellow Clevelanders at Legacy Village on Sun 5/8 at 8AM for The Race — a one mile walk/run for breast cancer research and prevention.
This is a family event; we are all connected in some manner to someone who has battled this disease. This is your chance to fight back. Early detection and research advances can save and prolong the life of a loved one – show your support.
Bring yourself, your neighbors and everyone you know – together you can make a difference! All proceeds directly benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Northeast Ohio and The Gathering Place.
Race participants will receive complimentary t-shirts, as well as refreshments and entertainment. Bring your kids – there will be prizes and children’s activities!
Race registration begins at 8AM and the run starts at 9AM, followed by the walk at 9:30AM on Sun 5/8. Register online at http://DoTheRace.com or call 866.540.RACE for questions.
