Dike 14: Cle’s new public nature preserve

Dike 14 will soon be open to the public. This 88-acre former dredge disposal site has been a fave spot for wildlife and soon will support human visitors as well. A Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority committee voted to open Dike 14 to the public, and the full board is soon expected to approve the decision. To start, the Cleveland Nature Preserve will be open a couple days a week. Soon we all an check out one of Cle’s hidden treasures.
