As if you need further proof just how talented Cle kids are, several Collinwood students bring you This Time, Our Time — an exhibition of photos taken during an after-school intensive photo program.

PORTFOLIO PROJECT
is an after school program designed to give middle school and high school aged students an exciting opportunity to work directly with professional artists and experience the full spectrum of creating a portfolio, jurying a public art commission and creating an exhibit. Their work will be publicly recognized, and they will leave with a substantial body of work of their own creation.
This is the pilot year of the program, and we are so inspired by the work, and verve of the students involved. Our team of arts professionals have done amazing work with the students, and its evident that each students grasp of the artistic mediums is growing almost as rapidly as their self confidence, and their ability to work as a team. Below are some of the photographs the students took of each other during Photographer Bridget Caswell’s two week photography intensive. We plan to share more of their work on our website so keep visiting our site often!
The Portfolio Project Student Exhibition – “This Time, Our Time” opens Thursday, May 20 with a public reception. The opening is from 6pm to 9pm, and the exhibit will be on view till Sunday, May 23rd.
