The Cleveland Orchestra’s holiday concert is one of its lightest offerings at Severance Hall, in term of music performed, that is. It masses a mighty team of musicians—the Orchestra itself, the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, and different guest choruses on each night including the Cleveland Orchestra Children’s Chorus, the University of Akron Chorus, members of the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus, and members of the Wooster Chorus.
To do what? Need you ask? Christmas music, of course! Carols, both traditional and popular, singalongs, and even a visit from Santa. People love it, which is why there are ten performances. Come a little early and do some shopping in the orchestra’s well-stocked gift shop.
Tickets are $40-$99.
