Silent Disco is a sort of twist on rave-party concept, in which revelers enjoy music and dance via headphones (wireless especially).
Cross it with an Ugly Xmas Sweater Party and what do you get? The Ugly Xmas Sweater Silent Disco (well, that was rather obvious) at the Grog Shop in Cleveland Heights.
Patrons wearing unappealing sweaters get to dance to the music, with three separate eminent local DJs programming their respective channels in different genres (hip-hop, 1980s, and indie dance). Wireless headphones will be provided onsite; the fashion fails are up to you.
Admission is $10 in advance or $12 at the door.
