It’s really getting close to that time when friends and relatives are stopping by to visit, or you’re serving that big holiday meal, and you’ve got to stock up. Just in time, the LEAF Community Farmers Market holds its final holiday market of the year at Lakewood’s Garfield Middle School.
You’ll find several vendors of breads and other baked goods, pasta from Little Lakewood Pasta, hot sauces from Blaze Gourmet, winter vegetables from Front 9 Farm, oils and vinegars from Buckeye Blens, and salad greens and microgreens from Community Greenhouse Partners. Artists and craftspeople will also be selling handmade items suitable for those last-minute gifts you still need to get.
