Called Art After Hours, it will take place on the second Thursday of each month, and offer the chance for visitors to linger, take part in hands-on arts activities and interact with resident and exhibiting artists.
The first of the events takes place Thursday July 9. It will feature a live demonstration by exhibiting artist Hannah Bates of her photo-transfer process and glass-on-glass screen printing. In the Zine Zone, resident artists Stephanie Steward, Kyla Decatur and Robert Greer will be on hand to help people make their own zine form various materials they’ll have available.
And you can have a last look at the 2026 spring exhibitions which are on view through July 11, including Aaron Porter’s New B.O.R.N., Aaron D. Williams’ Scorporation, Hannah Bates’ what was returns slowly, the Medina County Art League’s group exhibition, and the Artists of Rubber City Juried Exhibition.
It’s free and open to all. Future dates are August 13, September 10, October 15, November 12 and December 10.
