Theatre on Tap is a small, Akron-based troupe that does pop-up shows at local breweries and restaurants — on Mondays when most theaters and eateries, and even some bars, are typically closed.

Just in time for Halloween, it’s presenting a show called The Hounds of Hell and Other Ghost Stories, in which the actors will enact haunted stories to try to scare you into needing to order another beer. It’s a one-time-only performance at the Thirsty Dog Sour Haus at 529 Grant Street in Akron.
