Around this time of year, the Irish bands hit the road and start pouring into town to prep people for St. Patrick’s Day. So get out the green and head out to Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Happy Days Lodge to catch Irish folk group the Jeremiahs.
The quartet features a pair of Dubliners and a pair of Frenchmen from Bordeaux, playing fiddle, flute and guitar, with Irishman Joe Gibney adding his distinctive vocals. A relative newcomer to the Irish music scene (formed in 2013), the group, whose members have classical and jazz as well as folk backgrounds, updates traditional Irish songs with contemporary influences.
Tickets are $21, $17 for CVNP Conservancy members, free for under 10.
