Local singer/songwriter/guitarist Joey Beltram has been around the Cleveland scene for nearly two decades. He fronted the poignant indie rock band Good Morning Valentine, which released a pair of albums before he struck out under his own name(s), as Joey Beltram (not to be confused with the electronic DJ/producer of the same name), JA Beltram or Joseph Allen Beltram. In 2021 he released a somber country/folk style album called Your Man Alone under the latter name, his fifth release.
He’s shifted back to the Good Morning Valentine name for a no-cover “tip jar show” at the Beachland Tavern on the slowest day of the week in the slowest week of the year. So if you’re really climbing the walls for something to do, you could certainly do worse than checking out this talented songwriter and maybe be inspired to put something in his tip jar.
