Slavic Village has seen some hard times in the last 20 years, but it’s been fighting its way back to better things. Slavic Village Development is celebrating the victories and accomplishments, big and small, at Celebrate Slavic Village, taking place at the Polish-American Cultural Center. In particular, it will be honoring Ron Soeder, who is interim president/CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Ohio and president of the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland.
There’ll be heavy appetizers provided by the Polish Cultural Center, beer and wine from Goldhorn Brewery, a signature cocktail from LBM, lawn games, awards and tours of the Polish Cultural Center Museum. Closing down the evening there’ll be a silent disco dance party with DJ Red Eye spinning tunes for the diehards who aren’t ready to go to bed yet.
Tickets are $50 per person.
