Grand River Valley Wineries Host Woof, Wag & Wine Trail for You and Your Dog

Mon 6/6-Sun 6/12

The wineries of the Grand River Valley Wine Trail work together many times throughout the year to offer special “wine trail” promotions where visitors can travel from winery to winery (they’re all close together) and enjoy a special at multiple locations.

Now they can bring their dog too! In celebration of June being Ohio Wine month, three of those wineries are hosting the Woof, Wag & Wine Trail. Dog-friendly wineries Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant, Debonne Vineyards and Cask 307 Winery are doing a promotion to benefit the Lakewood Humane Society.

Human and dog can visit all three locations in a day or  at different days during the week. For $35 they’ll get a mall plate with two wine pairings at each location — and a treat and logo bandana for their dog. They’re also creating dog-themed drinks and donating a portion of the proceeds to the Lake Humane Society as well. There’s plenty of outdoor seating.

Your dog should be well-behaved to be allowed at the winery; otherwise you can come by yourself and take home the treats and bandana.
