Like all the area’s small theaters, Ensemble is just trying to get by, stay in touch with its supporters and offer some entertainment in these pandemic times. So it’s been online events such as virtual open mics and a playreading series.
This week it will be hosting a Songwriter Block with three musicians who are well known in the local music community for writing and performing their own orginal music: Matt Harmon, Rebecca Wohlever and Rick Szekelyi. The trio will play live on the Ensemble Stage and their performance will be streamed live on the Songwriter Block Facebook page and re-streamed on Ensemble Theatre‘s Facebook page. The concert is free, but if you like what you hear and appreciate Ensemble bringing it to you, a donation would be accepted with enormous gratitude.
