The Nature Center at Shaker Lakes had scheduled its third annual Art in the Park event for last month. Luckily, they had a rain date because — it rained!
That date is August 13, when nearly 30 local artisans and makers will be offering a variety of items, such as pottery, candles, prints, custom apparel, photos, novelties, “botanical oddities” and more. Food and drink will be available for purchase, including beer, wine and signature Art in the Park cocktails. The tie-dye designed Grateful Grub food truck will be onsite and there’ll be live music as well.
Admission is free.
