It’s hard to imagine a more perfect month than October for the long-running Dark Wave Dance Cave at the Winchester Music Tavern. All year long, the event features dark, gloomy music in genres such as industrial, dark wave, post punk, new wave, synthpop and more.
But they go all out for their annual Halloween party dubbed Goth-O-Ween. DJs/hosts Mimi Dromette and Matthew Darkstar will be setting the mood with a selection of the spookiest music they can find including classic Halloween tracks. There’ll be decorations, candy, themed drink specials and a costume contest, so start your imagination working. To memorialize your creativity, there’ll also be a seasonal photo backdrop with photos by Extraordinaire Photos.
