Since EDWINS left Shaker Square and took over the former Nighttown space in 2024, it’s expanded well beyond its fine dining model, continuing to offer that along with more casual dining opportunities and even a cigar bar. In the summer of 2026, it expanded again, taking over an adjoining former barber shop space and opening EDWINS Oyster Bar, bringing something new to the local dining scene.
Seafood lovers can drop in (no reservations taken) Tuesday through Saturday evenings to enjoy oysters shucked to order, caviar, raw bar and tinned selections, or warm or cold seafood platters, along with drinks designed especially to go with them, including martinis, wine and champagne.
