Market Garden Brewing has been a cornerstone of the Ohio City community and a key player in the city’s active craft brewing scene for 15 years, as well as a hub for community events. And it’s read to celebrate.
It starts on Friday evening August 21 when the weekend event officially begins and you can access its throwback menu of old favorites that Chef Nick Duglass has unearthed, contest giveaways, and retro four-pack can releases available this weekend only. At 6pm, there’s a friends, fmailyt and community leaders kickoff.
Then on Saturday, August 22, starting at noon, there’ll be family-friendly activities such as tie-dyeing, interactive games, contests, throwback beer flights (adults only!) and more. At 2pm you can take a brewery tour and beer tasting, starting at the brewpub and walking through the production facility to learn a few of the secrets of the trade. At 5pm, there’s a six-course anniversary dinner with beer pairings, and at 8 a “Taproom Afters” concert celebration in the Irishtown Bend taproom at the production facility.
