It’s August — and there’s still plenty of warm, sunny outdoor weather and more opportunities to wear that pastel sundress — but please, not to Dark Wave Dance Cave, the monthly celebration of gloomy music at the Winchester Music Tavern.
Each month, host DJs Mimi Dromette and Mathew Darkstar spin their favorite dark, edgy music from their library of goth, industrial, techno, dark wave, post punk and other 80s/90s classics. This month, it’s got a special theme:Discothèque Gothique. The music will be exceptions beat-heavy and danceable: “a night of non-stop dance music ranging from classic disco to dancy darkwave to italo-disco and more!.” they promise
