Sun 3/22 @ 7-8:30PM
We love small furry animals — both domestic and wild. And with the improved water quality in our lake, ponds, streams and rivers, many more animals are making their presence felt, such as the welcome return of otters to this region.
If you feel the same, come to the Geauga Park District’s Rookery in Munson for Marsh Mammal Viewing. It’s a free evening for all ages hosted by a naturalist who will tell you about the animals living in the area and set up a stake-out so if you’re lucky, you might spot an otter, a beaver, a muskrat or a mink — they’re most active at dawn and dusk.
All are welcome; no registration is required. Learn more here.
