Sun 12/14 @ 4PM

It’s convenient that the first night of Chanukah this year is on a Sunday, the perfect evening for the annual Light After Dark Menorah Parade. Starting a 4pm, a train of cars, decorated for the holiday with giant menorahs, dreidels, flags, banners and other festive items, will wend its way through heavily Jewish neighborhoods in Beachland, University Heights, Lyndhurst and Cleveland Heights, beginning and ending at Legacy Village. There’s festive music too, and shout-outs to community members on the soundtrack. Once the cars return to Legacy Village, a giant menorah will be lit on the lawn about 6:30pm. Come on down and bring the whole family! It’s free to take part in although they appreciate donations since it’s a grassroots effort.
