If you’re the type of musician who likes to jam with other musicians but jam sessions revolving around Beatles covers and “Johnny B. Good” are too tame for you, then you might consider heading down to the BOP STOP for its monthly OutLab: Experiments in Improvised Music, a jam session for the adventurous musician revolving around “spontaneous interactive musical exploration.”
Bring an instrument or any kind of sound-making device (drum kit and keyboard are provided) and join in an ensemble adventure. Bring amps if you need them.
Musicmaking starts at 7:30. Admission is free although donations are always appreciated.
