That’s why graffitist Bob Peck is making the move from exterior walls to the gallery. Halloween and Dia de Muertos events kick it up a notch at the Beachland, the Agora, the Pivot Center, AAM, Tri-C East Gallery, and Downtown Willoughby, among others.
