Once again, Cleveland Independents, an organization representing independent, mostly locally owned, eateries, is presenting Restaurant Week, an opportunity for foodies and aspiring foodies to sample some of the offerings at area restaurants, trying some of the new places and visiting established ones they’ve been meaning to try but just haven’t gotten around to. Each one offers a three-course fixed price menu for $39.
