Pinwheel Gallery is one of the newer entries in the local gallery scene, located in the storefront of a historic building in Old Brooklyn. It’s a little off the beaten path, but it’s mounted a series of strong shows, including solo, small group and large group shows.
For its next show, A Year at Gardenview, five artists, put together by Nancy Broadbent, spent time at Gardenview Horticultural Park in Strongsville, a six-acre area of cottage-style gardens, ponds and wildlife, recording the landscape as the seasons changed. In addition to Broadbent, artists in the show include Marti Higgins, Sara Graham, Madelyn Graham and Sarah Raban.
The show will be on view at Pinwheel Gallery through November 14, after which parts of it will be on display at Gardenview Horitcultural Park
