The Water Lantern Festival returns this year to Coe Lake in Berea, giving participants a chance to mediate on what’s important to them, light a lantern, and watch it float among a sea of lanterns after dark on the lake.

Arrive at the lake between 5:30-8pm when you can start designing your personal lantern and crafting the personal message you want it to carry. There’ll be food trucks and live music to entertain you prior to launch. An introductory session with meditation, lantern stories and launch instructions takes place from 8-8:30. The launch window runs from 8:30-9:30pm.
