Chef Eddie Tancredi, formerly of Lakewood’s Distill Table, opened ETalian in Chagrin Falls in mid-2021 to serve pizza “the Neopolitan Way.” His pies feature a soft, foldable center with charred edges, cooked briefly in a wood-fried before serving: order a traditional 10-incher or a foldable sandwich-style handheld.
Salads, cheesy bread, gelato and ices round out the menu. Beer, wine, hard seltzer and canned cocktails are also available with soda for the kids.
