Get started early on the Cleveland-Style Polka Hall of Fame’s long-running annual Thanksgiving Polka Weekend, which attracts musicians and guests from across the country and Canada.
The National Slovenian Home in the Superior-St. Clair neighborhood is hosting its 25th annual Thanksgiving Eve polka jam. There’ll be Slovenian food and wine and of course, lots of live polka music for dancing until just short of midnight. Then go home and get some sleep to kick off the festivities at the Marriott downtown tomorrow.
Admission is $2 at the door.
