Hike the Mentor Marsh with the Cleveland Museum of Natural History

Sun 1/6 @ 2-3:30PM

Don’t let winter be the time you sit around and put on pounds. Get outside and take a hike — many local organizations including the Cleveland Metroparks and Cuyahoga Valley National Park offer multiple chances to do so.

This weekend the Cleveland Museum of Natural History is leading its monthly hike of the Mentor Marsh. Meet at the Carol H. Sweet Nature Center at 5185 Corduroy Road in Mentor to join a naturalist for a walk through this nature preserve to observe the native flora and fauna and learn how they support each other. The hikes take place in all weather conditions except the most dangerous so bundle up.

Make a reservation at 440-257-0777 or on the Mentor Marsh Facebook page. It’s free and open to all ages.
