Youth Writing Workshop Lake Erie Ink Hosts Story + Song Benefit at Dunham Tavern

Lake Erie Ink, based in Cleveland Heights, offers an array of workshops for kids and youth to encourage them ti explore their creativity and express themselves thorugh writing.

To benefit that work, the nonprofit, housed in the former Coventry School, is hosting a benefit called Riffs: A Duet of Story and Song at the Dunham Tavern Barn. Local poets and musicians will perform stories and songs in various musical styles. They include musician/writer Afi Scruggs (pictured), poet/musician Ray McNiece and rapper/poet Pat W, with music by CollectivExpress.

The food will be provided by EDWINS restaurant and fire food & drink on Shaker Square, and Cleveland Heights Luna Bakery & Café. Tickets are $75.
